World of Warcraft:
Professions
Welcome to the World of Warcraft professions
section. In the World of Warcraft, there are many different professions to choose from, each with their own
benefits. The one thing that they all share in common is the fact that they take a very good amount of time and
effort to level, but the rewards are certainly worthwhile. Look at the majority of the better players on your
server, and I can almost guarantee you they have at least two professions maxed out and are reaping the benefits
from them in PvP and also raiding.
There are primary and secondary professions. You
can only select two primary professions, so choose wisely, as they do take time to level. Then there are your
secondary professions that everyone can level: Cooking, First Aid, and Fishing.
It is recommended that EVERYONE level their secondary professions
due to the benefits, and cheap leveling.
-
Level First Aid : Allows you to create
bandages, which will certainly come in handy for faster leveling, a quick fix in a PvP situation, or
any time your character is in need of a little health.
So, which profession is right for you? Some classes benefit more
from different professions, but overall, you’ll get some nice perks with each. For example, if you’re a rogue, you
may want to level leather working so you can make yourself some nice gear. And you might as well level skinning
too, that way you can provide your own leather for the gear, and also make some easy gold selling it through the
auction house. In the links below we will discuss all of these professions, some of the benefits of each, and also
recommend a guide that can help you level those professions.
